Russell "Rusty" Duet

Russell “Rusty” Duet, 57, a native and resident of Cut Off, LA, passed away on Monday, December 11, 2023.
Visitation will be from 9:30 am until 11:00 am on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Cut Off, LA. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am with burial to follow in Cheramie Cemetery, Galliano, LA.
He is survived by his former wife, Ella Duet; daughter, Layla Besson (Jordan); son, Jordan Duet (fiancé, Courtney Guidroz); grandson, Draven Pitre; mother, Nell Duet; brother, Paul W.G. Duet and sisters, Nicole Duhe and Michelle Hebert.
He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Duet, Jr.
Rusty shared his passion of music with many people through the years with the band PLOW. He will be forever loved and missed.
