Peggy L. Whitney

Peggy L. Whitney, a native and resident of Cut Off passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2024.

 Mrs. Peggy is survived by her husband: Leo F. Whitney; son: Tad Ledet wife Lillie; granddaughter: Hannah Lasseigne husband Brad; grandson: Holden Ledet wife Brittney; great grandchildren: Lucas Harrison, Madison Lasseigne, Charlotte Ledet, and Harvey Ledet; and sister-in- law: Ruby Lorraine.

 Mrs. Whitney was preceded in death by her first husband: Peter Ledet, Sr.; son: Peter Ledet, Jr.; parents: Orestile and Eva C. Lorraine; and brother: Harris Lorraine.

 She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family; gardening and having lunch with the ladies.

 Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Monday, October 28th, 2024 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off from 9:00 am until service time. Her Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 am with burial following in the Church Cemetery.
