Nelma D. Kieff, 80, a native of Cut Off and resident of Larose passed away on Tuesday September 25, 2012.
Visitation will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until funeral time. A mass of Christian Burial will commence at 12:00 p.m. with burial in Cheramie Cemetery.
She is survived by her sons, Davis Kieff, Jody Kieff; brothers, James Danos, Reilly Danos, Raymond Danos, Russell Danos; sisters, Reba D. Adams, Barbara D. Hebert, Beverly D. Dufrene; grandchildren, Dane Kieff, Holden Kieff, Marty Kieff, Jolie Kieff; great-grandchildren, Khi Guidry, Lita Rose Kieff, Bryar Rose Kieff.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph E. Kieff; parents, Davis and Lolita Danos; son, Regan Kieff; daughter-in-law, Stephanie G. Kieff.
She was a very caring, kind and nurturing mother and grandmother. She was selfless and had an amazing work ethic.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
