Marjorie F. Dunn, 76, a native of New Orleans and resident of St. Charles Parish, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2016.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, March 26, 2016 at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Raceland from 4:30 pm until 8:00 pm. Burial will be held at a later date.
Marjorie is survived by her son; Errol F. Dunn; daughters, Debra D. Horn, Brenda D. Adams (Patrick), Cheryl D. Hayden (Ronnie); 21 grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Irene Theresa Oubre and canine companion, Baby Doll Dunn.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy B. Dunn, Sr.; sons, Roy B. Dunn, Jr., John E. Dunn; brothers, Raymond Foret, David Foret; sisters, Margaret Bourgeois, Earline Zeringue, Geraldine M. Bollote, Dolores Foret; parents, Alphonse and Lilly Foret and 1 grandchild.
Marjorie enjoyed singing karaoke, playing pool and dancing.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Marjorie's name to charity of choice.
