Leroy Richard Knight, 89, Native and Resident of Mathews, LA passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2026.
Per his wishes a private service will be held at a later date.
He is survived by his wife, of 69 beautiful years, Vella "Fee" G. Knight; son, Brad R. Knight (Marlene); daughters, Holly R. Knight and Wendy K. Lagarde (Tommy); grandchildren, Jeremy Knight (Samantha), Cherie Knight, Chandler Lagarde (Megan), and Lee Lagarde; and her great-grandchildren, Matthew Knight, Andrew Knight, and Ethan Knight.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Junior and Marie Knight; and his brothers, Guy Knight and Ralph Knight.
The Family would will like to extend a special thanks to Haydel Memorial Hospice and the staff at The Suites at Sugar Mill Point for their care and compassion provided.
