Lanny J. Boudreaux

Lanny J. Boudreaux, 83, native and resident of Golden Meadow, passed away on Saturday, March 29th, 2025.

He is survived by his daughter, Lana Rodriguez; his son, Karl Hornback; his grandchildren, Victoria Gaudet, Kasey (Desi) Hornback, Honnah Hornback, and Murphy Rodriguez; nephews, Kent (Allison) Hornback, and Keith (Debbie) Hornback; and many great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Jerrie Boudreaux; his daughter, Natalie Boudreaux; his son-in-law, Wade Rodriguez Jr.; his grandson, Kurt Hornback; his parents, John and Phelonise Boudreaux; and his sister, Marlene Hornback.

Lanny was an avid musician, and involved in multiple different clubs, committees, and organizations over the years.

Lanny’s family wants to give a special thanks to Hope Hospice and their staff, and his caregivers, Antoinette St. Pierre, and D.D.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 5th, 2025, at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow, from 10:30 until service time. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 12:00, with burial following in the church cemetery.
