Kevin J. Cortez, III "Bubba" passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at the age of 2.
Kevin will be missed by his parents, Kevin James Cortez, Jr. & Laura Plaisance Cortez; brother, Thomas Joseph Cortez; sister, Sydaleigh Anna Cortez; grandparents, Kevin James Cortez, Sr. & John & Lou Hebert, Charles Bourg, Sr. & Loretta Plaisance, Thomas Guidry & Louise Guidry; great-grandparents, Joseph Charles Plaisance, Roy & Pam Quick; Godparents, Lily Chapman, Scott Chapman & Joey Guidry.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Friday, July 7, 2017 at Des Allemands Baptist Church from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. The funeral service will begin at 12:00 p.m. at the church with cremation to follow.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
