Jessie A. Cheramie, 50, a native of Larose and resident of Cut Off, passed away on Wednesday October 9, 2012.
Visitation will be held at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home on Friday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until Funeral time. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m.
He is survived by his wife Victoria T. "Vicky" Cheramie; mother, Adolphine G. Cheramie; grandmother, Armine Autin Cheramie; sons, Jovan Estay and wife Tiffany, Joseph Cheramie and wife Celeste, Brandt Griffin and wife Lauren, Justin Bruce; brothers, Jason Cheramie and wife Jeannie, Kris Gaudet and wife Dollie; sisters, Jessica Cheramie, Donna Gaudet; grandchildren, London Estay, Aaron Estay, Elijah Griffin, EllaGrace Griffin, Ayden Cheramie, Alexia Bruce.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Cheramie; grandparents, Paris Gaudet, Arthemise Rousse Gaudet, Edville Cheramie; sister, Brenda Cheramie.
Jessie was an avid hunter and outdoorsman.
Jessie was a Jehovah's Witness and member of The Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off is in charge of arrangements.
