Huey J. Pitre, 87, a native and resident of Cut Off, La. passed away on September 9, 2020.
A private graveside service was held at Cheramie Cemetery.
Huey is survived by his nieces and nephews.
Huey was preceded in death by his wife; Beverly Bouvier Pitre; parents; Elie and Melanie Pitre, brothers; Eugene Pitre, Numa Pitre, Alexis “P.T.” Pitre, sisters; Elmire Pitre, Elvira Punch and Elda Duet.
Huey was a lifelong shrimper.
