Hazel Pitre Hunter, 86, a native and resident of Golden Meadow passed away on November 24, 2017. Visitation will take place at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off on Saturday December 2, 2017 from 8:00 am until 12 noon. A memorial service will begin at 10:00 am in the parlor.
Ms. Hazel is survived by her companion of 38 years Ernest Thibodaux, son; Terry Hunter Sr., and grandchildren; Dorcas Dawn Theriot, Terry Lynn Hunter Jr., Dallas Chester Hunter, Lauren Hunter Catalano, Betsy Hunter Dufrene, and Gregory John Hunter, 11 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Ms. Hunter was preceded in death by her husband; Dallas Hunter, son; Randy Gene Hunter, and parents; Arnold and Sedonia Williams Pitre.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home of Cut Off entrusted with arrangements.
