Gertrude Pierce Quinton, 96, a native of Thibodaux, LA and resident of Lockport,
LA, passed away on October 30, 2015.
Visitation will held on Tuesday, November 3 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church starting at 8:30 AM until service time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM at the church with burial to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
Gertrude is survived by her nieces, Fannie Allemand and Janice Newby; nephews, Bryan Pierce and Thomas Pierce Sr.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lum Ellis Quinton; brothers, Horace, Preston, Howard, Pressley, Freddie, and Clement Pierce; sisters, Henrietta Roberts, Viola Breaux, Agnes Rodriguez.
Samart Mothe is in charge of arrangements.
