Eula Uzee Labat, 97, a lifelong resident of Raceland passed away on July 25, 2013.
Visitation will be held at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the church at 11:oo a.m. with burial in Resurrection Memorial Park.
She is survived by her son, Reggie (Kathy) Labat; daughter, Marlene (Fred) Fabacher; brother, Camille Uzee, Jr.; sisters, Gladys U. Foret, Catherine U. Holman; 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Hillman J. Labat; parents, Camille and Dora Grabert Uzee; brother, Verdun Uzee; sister, Lita U. Lalande.
In lieu of flowers, please make in kind donations to St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
