Elmire Lefort Guidroz, 77, a native and resident of Larose passed away on Sunday April 9th. 2017. Visitation will be held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Larose on Wednesday April 12th from 11:00 am until service time. Funeral Mass will begin at 1:00 pm with burial following in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Elmire is survived by her husband of 57 years, Roland "Butch" Guidroz; children, Kirk (Amy), Jonathan (Maricel), Danny, and Sally (Regan); grandchildren, Grant, Brett, Xavier, Justine, Sijey, Lawrence; and siblings Clotile Darbonne, Lillie Duet, Jan Adams, Clifton Lefort, Virgues Sevin, and Rafton Lefort.
Mrs. Guidroz was preceded in death by her parents, Dewey Lefort and Nola Arceneaux Lefort; and brothers Willis and Edwin Lefort.
She was an avid gardener who enjoyed going to the casino, and was a member of the Holy Rosary Ladies Auxiliary and the Larose Senior Citizen.
