Douglas “Doug” Ponson, 68, a native and resident of Raceland, La. passed away on Thursday, October 12, 2023.
Visitation will be at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland Wednesday, October 18, 2023 from 5:00pm until 9:00pm.
Doug is survived by his children, Reece (Sparkle) Ponson, Ben Ponson, Ross (Lacey) Ponson, Crystal Guidry Babin; grandchildren, Makillah, Reece, Jr., Ryker, Reese, Ryatt, Reid, Rayla and Karli; great-grandchild, Mylan; brothers, Lloyd G. Ponson, Bruce Ponson, and Don Ponson; sisters, Janet “Jan” P. Bruce and Mary C. Ponson.
Doug was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd E. Ponson and Janet R. Ponson; grandchild, Chandler Ponson.
