Dennis P. Foret, 69, a native of and resident of Raceland passed away on Wednesday December 5, 2012.
Visitation will be held at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church on Saturday from 10:30 until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be observed at 12:00 p.m. with burial in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Joyce Chiasson Schwab Foret; step-daughters, Robin Schwab, Raven S. Martin and husband Michael, Amy S. Dufrene and husband Shawn; 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death y his parents, Louis and Ophelia Foret; sisters, Geraldine Mantranga, Joyce Rabalais.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
