Clara M. "La Lou" Lanegrasse, 52, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Mathews passed away at 11:14 a.m. on April 13, 2013.
A memorial service will be held at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church on Friday from 8:30 a.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. with a private burial at a later date.
She is survived by her life partner of 31 years, Jennifer M. Ford; father, Allen Lanegrasse, sr.; daughters, Brandy Bower and husband Wilson, Erica Trahan and husband Kiley; brother, Allen Lanegrasse, Jr. and wife Bridget; sister, Bro; 6 grandchildren; one nephew who was her only godchild
She was preceded in death by her mother, Jeanette St. Pierre Lanegrasse.
She was a catholic and parishioner of St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church. She was a member of the American Cancer Society.
She enjoyed cleaning and riding Harley Davidson motorcycles. She lived life to the fullest.
She was self employed as a motorcycle detailer for Harley Davidson motorcycles.
