Alena M. Leblanc, age 56, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020.
A celebration of her life will be held at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off on Monday, December 21, 2020 from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm. Please join us to grieve, reminisce, and support each other.
Alena is survived by her parents; A.J. and Janet Guidry LeBlanc, her three daughters; Leah Chiasson, Lyric Foret, and Laurel Griffin, grandchildren; Kaedyn Adams, Sophia and Tripp Foret, husband; Jamie Cheramie, sisters; Lynn Gros and Roxanna LeBlanc, and brother; Jay LeBlanc.
Alena spoke fluent French and was proud of her ancestral background. She attended Nicholls State University, and was a graduate of the LUTC Insurance Council and former owner of Insurance World. She was such a source of strength for so many, but she enjoyed the simple things in life; singing, fishing, kayaking, playing pool, working in her flower beds, and so much more. She always looked forward to beach days and searching for seashells.
