Alan John France, 81, native of Golden Meadow, LA and resident of Houma, LA, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
Alan is survived by his sons, Christopher France, Bryan France (Jennifer), Jordan Dubois; and brothers, Edwin France Jr., Camille France, Michael France, Patrick France, Charles France, James France.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn France; parents, Edwin France Sr. and Virges France; sisters, Marilyn Eymard and Gale Chouest.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Friday, April 10, 2026 at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow from 10:00 am until service time. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11am , followed by burial in the Church Cemetery. Alan and his late wife, Evelyn France, will be laid to rest together.
