Penny Ann Adams Foret, 50 a native and resident of Lockport, passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2021. Services are pending. Penny is survived by her husband of 30 years, Johnny A. Foret; brother, Clint Joseph Adams (Casie); brother-in-law, Kenny Matherne; nieces, Hannah Matherne and Sarah Matherne; nephews, Chase Adams and Alec Adams; fur baby, Bear. Penny was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Lena Adams; sister, Robin Ann Adams Matherne. Penny enjoyed arts and crafts. She was an avid dog lover, especially Bear.
